Are you able to ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship boxes outside of the UK.
When will my order arrive?
Boxes are dispatched from the start of the month each quarter (February, May, August and November). We will contact you with your box dispatch details including estimated delivery times. Delivery will usually take 2-5 working days.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime, we ask kindly that you do this before the 1st of the month that the box is due. Just email - email@example.com.
How do I make a return?
If you are not statisfied with your purchase please get in touch to arrange returning your items within a 30 day period. Once we have received your box we will process a full refund, please allow 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
We will contact you to confirm receipt of the items and notification to process payment.
Advice on Covid-19
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that the Covid-19 virus cannot be passed on through parcels in the post. Knowledge of other coronaviruses shows that the viruses don't survive long on objects such as letters and parcels. Please see some precautionary advice from us below.
All of our boxes are handpacked by myself only using safe, clean and hygienic care. As a household we are displaying no symptoms of Covid-19 and are actively following the government’s social distancing advice including working from home.
All of the items in our boxes are pre-packaged by the brands we work with. Unfortunately we are unable to monitor how our packages are handled on delivery to you by our courier and would therefore advise that any packaging is disposed of on arrival and that anyone handling this parcel washes their hands for 20 seconds after opening.
Should we need to stop deliveries for any reason you will be alerted immediately and a full refund will be processed.
